  1. 1. Eligibility

    You must be 18 or older and must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region where using this service is prohibited or restricted. Access from restricted regions is blocked.

  2. 2. Non-custodial service

    Gather provides an interface to third-party smart contracts operated by Meteora. Gather never holds your funds or keys. You sign every transaction in your own wallet and are responsible for it.

  3. 3. No advice, no endorsement

    Nothing on Gather is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Coins are created by users. Gather does not review, vet or endorse any coin or creator.

  4. 4. Fees

    Trades pay the fee shown before you sign. Fees are split between Meteora, the coin creator and Gather as described in the docs. Network fees are paid to Solana validators.

  5. 5. Prohibited use

    Do not use Gather for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, infringing content, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose. Gather may hide coins from its interface at its discretion.

  6. 6. Risk and liability

    You accept the risks described on the Risks page. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gather is not liable for losses from trading, smart-contract failures, or third-party services.
